Weekend Administrator | Northampton

We are looking for an Administrator to assist in the provision of effective administration and financial control over the home. The homes Administrator will need strong interpersonal and IT skills, including using Microsoft Office and be able to work confidentially when required.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • To welcome and greet all visitors in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Assist senior staff with the admission of new residents in order to create a welcoming atmosphere and to welcome residents, relatives and friends into the home.
  • Assist in the completion of staff recruitment, computerised staff rostering system and staffing documentation.
  • Undertake receptionist and telephone duties including dealing with queries, taking messages, greeting and dealing with visitors and any appropriate follow up action.
  • Assist with the maintenance of financial systems of the Home including income, banking, invoice preparation and petty cash.
  • Provide secretarial support to the home including the operation of information technology equipment including internal intranet up dating.
