You will also be supporting the home manager, deputy and assistant in the overall running of the home.

Organisation and problem-solving. You will manage schedules, develop and deliver care plans, and ensure that relevant documents are up to date for our residents and other administrative tasks, such as handover notes. Identifying and resolving issues as they arise will also be a key part of your day-to-day activities, where your decisive problem-solving skills will help ensure residents remain happy and healthy.
